Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. To respect everyone’s time, your treatment will end on time and you will be responsible for the full treatment cost. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we feel there is not enough time to give you quality treatment and not keep other clients waiting. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and a cancellation fee (see cancellation policy for details). We encourage you to schedule at least two weeks in advance or at the end of an appointment to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule!

Cancellation Policy

Cards will be securely kept on file for every client. If you need to cancel an aesthetic appointment, please contact us 24-hours in advance to reschedule. No fees will be charged for changes made with 24+ hours notice.

  • All cancellations with less than 24-hours notice for 15-30 minute appointments are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • All cancellations with less than 24-hours notice for 45-60 minute appointments are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  • All cancellations with less than 24-hours notice for 60+ minute appointments are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.

This courtesy enables us to compensate our staff for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others.

If a client has three occurrences of late-cancellations or no-show appointments, there will be a $150 non-refundable deposit collected for 30-minute appointments, and a $300 non-refundable deposit for 60-minute appointments. This deposit is due when the appointment is booked, and can be applied to any services or products purchased at that appointment. If 24+ hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the deposit will be utilized for the next scheduled appointment. If 24+ hour notice is not given to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Patients arriving more than 10-minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. Cancellation fees will also apply to clients who are in excess of 10-minutes late.

Gift Card & Amélie promotion Policy

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Limit one Amélie promotion per service, per day. Amélie sponsored discounts and promotions may not be combined.

Payment Policy

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment, and all packages must be paid in full at the time of first treatment. Packages are non-refundable. We do offer Cherry which has a range of monthly payment plans with some qualifying for 0% APR options. All services are final sale; there are no refunds or credits issued for any services, including, but not limited to: Botox®/Dysport®, dermal fillers, Kybella®, PRF, and CoolSculpting. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cherry, and Apple Pay.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.
Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (e.g., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

Mí Amélie Promise Policy

We pride ourselves on being an outcome-focused practice. That means, your results and the confidence it brings is our highest priority! All of our package pricing comes with a guarantee. When you purchase a Botox®/Dysport® package, we will treat you with the FDA recommended amount of product. This helps you have the best over-all results, and helps with the duration your product lasts. Amélie includes free Botox®/Dysport® touch-ups for 21 days following your appointment to help you achieve the desired result. In addition, all dermal filler package pricing also includes up to 0.1ml of free dermal filler touch up as needed for 21 days post injection (if any perfecting is needed). Lastly, any customer who completes a CoolSculpting treatment as recommended by their Amélie practitioner and notices NO change by 90-days will receive a complimentary re-treatment at no cost as long as documented 90-day weight is no more than 3 lbs greater than the weight documented immediately prior to the CoolSculpting treatment. Pictures 12-16 weeks after your CoolSculpting treatment is mandatory for any client who would like to be eligible for our “Mí Amélie Promise” guarantee. We can not guarantee your results if you are unable to compare a recent “before” and “after” picture.

Outside of Botox®/Dysport® touch-ups within 21 days of treatment for package pricing only, 0.1ml dermal filler touch-ups within 21 days of treatment, and one complimentary CoolSculpting treatment when no results are seen and weight is no more than 3 lbs above initial treatment weight, results are not guaranteed and may vary dramatically from person to person. Aesthetic Procedure Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic procedure results may vary significantly between patients. Every patient is unique and every treatment has many variables. No two procedures or treatments will yield identical results, even with patients of similar body types or appearance. Aesthetic procedures and treatments found on the Amélie Specialized Aesthetics website illustrate offerings and results. There are numerous variables involved with each patient, treatment, and response or result.

It is important that each patient understands fully that the results a typical person will receive vary significantly between patients and fully understands the information provided by the above disclaimer. Please address any questions or concerns directly with the Amélie Specialized Aesthetics team during your initial consultation and before any procedure or treatment is performed.
