What is the Amélie Experience?

 The aesthetic industry is booming right now which is great for you as a client but can also be extremely overwhelming. Which of the dozens of clinics do I go to? Should I do injectables? Lasers? Should I buy skincare? We’re here to take the stress of the unknown off your shoulders! At Amélie, we pride ourselves on being unique in our client experience. From the moment you first call us, to leaving your first appointment, our main goal is to make sure you are comfortable, confident, educated, and excited for your next visit. 

A question we often get when scheduling clients for a new service is, “What should I expect?” This is a great question and having an idea of how your visit will go can make you feel more at ease throughout the entire process. So, if you’re someone who didn’t ask that question but is still curious, here is what a normal Amélie experience is like. 

When you call Amélie, one of our Patient Care Coordinators will be on the other end ready to answer any questions you may have, ease any worries, and help schedule you with the provider that will best match your goals. All of our providers are similarly trained and selected for their unique approach to aesthetics. You can, of course, always request a specific provider if you know who you are wanting to see.

The moment you walk in the door, you will be greeted by our lovely team welcoming you and ready to get you checked in. We will offer you a variety of drinks such as, Nespresso, hot tea, still or sparkling water and even CBD drinks for longer appointments. As you get comfortable in our cozy lobby, our Patient Care Coordinators are there to answer any questions you may have about your appointment, skincare, retail items, or even just make small talk. 

Once your room is ready, your provider will come meet you in the lobby to introduce themselves and direct you back. Each of our aesthetic rooms is light and airy with pops of pink and gold so as not to give off a cold or sterile vibe. Your provider will then sit down with you and go over what your goals are, as well as your health history so they can be sure they are recommending what’s right for you. At Amélie, we know nothing is ever “one and done” so, we will create a comprehensive, long term treatment plan with you that includes many, if not all of our specialties. Treatments done in the clinic are often responsible for just 20% of your results. Your Amélie expert can help you with an at home routine to get you the best results possible.

Now that you and your provider have a plan, it is time for your treatment! In aesthetics, we know not all of our treatments are as easy as Instagram makes them look but rest assured, your comfort is our top priority! We have Comfort Menus in each room that list things like blankets, warm beverages, snacks, fans and even dental blocks and other forms of numbing for certain treatments. During your treatment, your provider will check in with you to make sure you are content. Once your treatment is complete, we will hand you a mirror and explain what was done and how it will help with getting to your goal. Many of our treatments take time to settle in so getting scheduled for a follow up in a few weeks is often done in the room or at check out. 

For your checkout process, depending on the treatment you’ve had and your comfortability, your checkout can be done in the lobby or in your room. We know these treatments are an investment in yourself so while we are so happy you’ve chosen to invest in the most important thing, it shouldn’t have to break the bank. Each of our Patient Care Coordinators are experts in how to save you money! We partner with Alle, Aspire, and CareCredit. We also run gift card promotions throughout the year that can save clients hundreds of dollars! As it should be everywhere, your treatment is always done in your time frame and there is NEVER any pressure to move forward or purchase anything you are not ready for. Each and every one of our team members is here to make sure you are fully prepared and happy with your treatment plan and results. You can expect a follow up message from us the next day and again in two weeks.
